Parcel not being delivered

I am very disappointed with how my parcel has been handled the driver **** and said he has delivered the parcel when I called he said he is on his way to drop it whilst he had already checked out the parcel which has not reached me up until now, I do not know how he checked it out as delivered but it has not reach their rightful place. My client is still waiting for the parcel the driver decided to switch off the phone so he can not be contacted, my client never gave out the pin but the parcel states that it has been delivered. I have wrote several emails with no way forward.
