Parcel not being delivered

Their service is bad. when you call their call center the take forever to answer then take you from pillar to post. I called yesterday regarding my parcel I was told I will get it before end of business yesterday. today I called the a guy buy the name of ENRICO hanged up in my ear. ZAINE the area manager promised to call me back he never did.
