Parcel never delivered

My order MML***1 was out for delivery on 7 May 2025. It never arrived and when tracking it, it was booked into the Empangeni hub just after 18h15.

The next day on 8 May 2025, the parcel was apparently delivered. It was not.

The reception at the Emp hub was very helpful but the driver is terrible. And is ignoring the Courier guy reception as well as myself.

The parcel was not delivered.

I will not ever use their service again.
