Parcel missing with courier guy .

I have sent a parcel with The Courier Guy last week Tuesday, date 04 November 2025 , and till now on the 11 of November 2025 . I have already sent over R500 trying to resolve this matter with them via calls . They don’t care honestly they don’t call back even , they tell me different stories every time I reach out . My recipient is still waiting for the parcel with so much frustrations and I’m also frustrated. This is not fair. I want my parcel back with full refund for the fee paid .
