Parcel missing

The worst experience I've ever had with a courier service. I received an email on Friday saying that my parcel was collected. The parcel cant be tracked till today! now I receive another email saying my parcel was never collected. they actually don't know where my parcel is. I am defiantly gonna be consulting my lawyer if my parcel is not found and delivered. I will never again
