PARCEL MISSING... 3 MONTHS LATER Still Nothing 🤬🤬🤬

I bought stuff from one of my suppliers, was collected on the 31 st of January 2023. On their side it was delivered on the 8th of February. I've had a few calls from customer service side and that was it. They can't suplly me with a signed copy of the waybill. I've send them cctv footage from my side, that no parcels were delivered on that day whatsoever. We're on the 15th of May, last received a call from them on 13 April. If one does not follow up, NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. It's not my problem if you used a 3rd party company to deliver, I'm loosing business. I had to refund my clients and loose money. I'm not happy at all.
