Parcel Missing

I have not had any response from this company regarding a shipment of mine they have delivered to the wrong place. This shipment was booked for Rustenburg but got delivered to krugersdorp.

My customer has paid me for these items and has now not recieved anything. I or my customer must either get refunded or the parcel must get found and delivered to the intended person.
