Parcel Lost, no updates further

Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication from The Courier Guy regarding my parcel.

The parcel, which is of significant value, appears to have been lost or mishandled while in their possession. The last tracking update was received on Friday 15 May, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email and WhatsApp since Thursday 21 May, I have received little to no meaningful assistance or accountability.

At this stage, my biggest concern is not only the missing parcel itself, but the complete lack of urgency and communication from the company regarding the matter.

I have now formally requested:

A full investigation outcome Confirmation of the parcel’s whereabouts Clarity on compensation procedures should the parcel be confirmed lost

I hope The Courier Guy addresses this matter urgently and professionally before further escalation becomes necessary.
