Parcel lost, delivered to unknown person. Extremely irresponsible.

Something very concerning is the fact that they have delivered the parcel to an address where the house was empty and giving it to someone unknown. This is extremely irresponsible. They are meant to call the nr if the person is not available, and not give it to a random person without any reference. So at the moment, the parcel is still missing. This is now a day later, and still haven't recovered the parcel. I got told that they would go back to collect it from the person they gave it to and deliver at the correct address, but nothing happened. Will have to open a case of theft at the police if this is not recovered and delivered.
