Parcel lost - Courier Guy/Intertown Transport

One of my clients arranged a pickup for 2 parcels via courier guy on the 26th of November tracking no TCG ********** 1. Somewhere between pick up by Intertown Transport and Delivery to Courier Guy Pongola one of my client's parcels got lost/******/misplaced. We have been trying to trace this parcel and even reported the incident to CG Head Office... NO RESPONSE.... NO PARCEL.... My client receive another companies parcel which she immediately returned to CG, but they are unable to find her missing parcel... what the hell how is this even possible, what is the use of using a courier service and waybills if you guys cannot trace where you incorrectly delivered the parcel..... Terrible service.... Terrible after service please avoid these companies.
