Parcel lost by collecting agent !!!

My Parcel was dropped off at the locker and after collection from courier guy they lost my parcel ,tracking says parcel lost from collecting agent and no one phone me what's going on , have been calling them but they don't know what's going on, this is ridiculous! Worse ever ! Will never use you guys !
