Parcel Lost and no feedback

I have booked a locker on the 14 July 2023 and up and until today- 25 July 2023, no one seems to know where my parcel is so that it can be delivered to the recipient in PE. Two parcels were swopped, my parcel landed in Jacobsdal and visa vera, I have been sent from pillar to post and still no one is able to assist me, May I please have this attended to and the parcel send to the recipient. Credit to my wallet was not given as said, but the credit is my least worry, I deal with Pudo and the courier guy on almost a weekly basis. The what's app line is also of no help as everyday I had to resend all my messages as queries are not allocated to a person and just dealt with as they come in. Origional waybill number LX9Z7B
