Parcel lost

I had a parcel that was sent out on the 10th of September 2020 it's supposed to come to Limpopo however they sent the package to Durban..called them but the agents kept on transferring me from one person to another.i urgently wanted to use the things in my parcel.no one wants to take responsibility of what has happened or try to resolve my quiry.im very disappointed,I would have used pep had I wanted my parcel to arrive late..I'm very disappointed in their service.
