Parcel Lost

I sent a very important parcel to Moorreesburg Cape Town and it got lost. The driver took the parcel from me and didn't scan it before it got loaded for shipping. This parcel is now just missing and nobody is able to assist. This is most upsetting as I can't replace what was in the box. It was a limited edition.
