Parcel locked for more than 3 days with no resolution

I thought innovations is the way to go but this company is extremely bad in all aspects. Someone sent me a parcel on Tuesday this week till today I gave been coming to this stupid machine and apparently is offline which doesn't concern me I a service to be provided as I gave paid for it. The upsetting part the customer service team must be fired cause are worse than the machine they can't service.
