Parcel left with a stranger

I am so disappointed with the service I received from courier guy,very unpleasant.1st I missed their call,I called them back and spoke to some rude dude.I hung up,only to be called later that they are at the main road I should come and collect my parcel coz they won't deliver at my door.Okay,I rushed to where they said they were only to find they left my parcel with a stranger at some shop there.I order online and I have never experienced this bad service,ever or maybe it's because I have never used Courier guy before.Even the driver was rude
