Parcel got delivered in the wrong province.

I ordered a cellphone from Durban on friday the 1st October 2021 and it was meant to be delivered in 1-3 days. When I tried to track my parcel today it says the parcel is at George, Western Cape. Worst part is the fact that nobody informed me about this, I had to call and find out. Here I am waiting for my parcel to arrive today. The address was correct from the onset which makes me wonder how it ended up in the Western Cape. I am very upset and inconvenienced in the worst way.
