Parcel delivered to the wrong town entirely

Sent a parcel on 11/08/2023 and tonight 19/08/2023 the parcel is still with The Courier guy AND in the wrong town entirely. No communication was made to explain the delay. Called them on 17/08/2023 to track it and was promised that it would be collected and moved to the right Courier guy branch but nothing was done still. This is the worst service I've ever recieved anywhere!
