Parcel delayed unnecessarily

My parcel have to go from Jansenville- Graaf Reinet- Cradock -port Elizabeth- George- knysna - and destination is Plett -then plet my parcel have to go via 6 town before it reaches the destination , another one to Colsberg my parcel travel from jansenvile - Graaf - Cradock - pass the destination which is Colsberg and it is along n1 to jhb , why it has to pass the destination and travel above 800 back n forth . Please explain . Colsberg is on n1 and my parcel is from Graaf , why it has to go to jhb it even pass bloem . Please explain
