PARCEL DAMAGE IS JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR SERVICES

Courier Guy is the most reckless courier company. I used their services to send an LED light to a lady for her wedding.

After placing stickers to be careful with the package, not to bend, not to double stack on every inch of the parcel the light arrived in pieces at its destination.

I am aware that I signed a document in which they state that they do not take responsibility for things like this, but I mean come on! Can you not read and just do what the freaking sticker says.

So, my advice is to not sign this piece of paper because it clearly gives them a go ahead to go out of their way to actually damage your parcel.

Needless to say I lost a lot of money and a very expensive light while someone else lost a very valuable wedding prop.

We entrust companies like these with our belonging and we pay them to take care of our belonging in doong their business. You're not doing us a favour, we pay you to do this.
