Parcel collection at the police station

It was shocking to receive a call and be told that I must go and fetch my parcel at the police station because they don’t do deliveries in my area, on arriving at the police station the courier guy is parked outside the police station and giving people their parcels. One guy had about 3 big boxes he had to request a cab from his house to the police station to collect his parcel. I never experienced this from other courier companies I will never use courier guy in life again.
