Parcel Collected but Not Tracked

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from The Courier Guy.

I arranged for a parcel collection from a store, and the store has confirmed that the parcel was collected. However, the app shows no update or tracking information, and I have no way of knowing where my parcel is. This parcel contains goods worth nearly R2000, and I am now left without any accountability or support.

I have contacted The Courier Guy daily, requesting that the driver call me upon collection. Despite these repeated requests, not a single call has been made. The lack of communication and follow-through from both consultants and drivers is unacceptable.

I demand:

An immediate investigation into the missing parcel. A tracking update or confirmation of who collected it. Compensation if the parcel cannot be located. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I hope this public complaint prompts urgent action.
