Was waiting for my parcel the whole day from Pennacle and at 16H51 *** sent me email said "delivery failed attempt"...reason: No one to receive the parcel. Note I've cancelled all my plans today and was waiting for this important parcel and not even anyone called for this. I then rep**** to state clearly that I'm home and even panicked and sent them WhatsApp Ref no: ***. The email rep**** as follows: Please note your shipment was not delivered due to No one to receive the parcel

We will attempt another delivery within the next 24 hours, or on the date the receiver has requested. if we do not receive communication from you regarding this shipment within the next 24 hours we will have to return it to its sender.
