Paid for courier - No trace of anything on their system.

Paid but never got a waybill, now after 1 hour on the phone and 3 dropped calls from their side, I'm still waiting to find out what's going on. Last agent had me hanging on for over 12 minutes with music playing. I think the service has gone down the drain and I will be moving my business somewhere else. Look at all the complaints over a short period of time it does not fair to us as clients.
