Paid for a service I'm not getting.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I sent an overnight parcel from Mossel Bay tot Pretoria and paid extra for the service. Now I get told that it would only be delivered in 2 days. I have booked the parcel at 10:00 the morning and it was only dropped in George at 18:00, due to this, it is now delayed by a whole day. Pathetic service. All the call centre tells me is sorry, I do apologise, but this doesn't solve my issue. Why was it only dropped at 18:00 if booked at 10:00 already?

I paid for overnight, that costs extra, but now only getting the normal "budget courier" service.

Won't use them again.
