Package thrown around and broken goods

I've been using the courier guy and pudo for over 3 years now and a few issues here and there but nothing like this. My items get delivered in an opened box with the fragile sticker crumpled over the box. My goods inside were damaged. Phoned courier guy and they can only transfer you constantly to a dead end. This is absolutely disgusting. It's like my parcel was thrown around without care. R800+ worth of damaged goods inside. It's going to cost me money to repair the items inside. I feel you should be held liable also.
