Package on a tour of the country

My package is on a tour of South Africa. I live in Durban and my package was sent from JNB, it was supposed to arrive the next day but went to Cape Town instead, sat there for almost 2/3 of the day, then was sent to me in Durban. I still have not received the package. I contacted support and was told "we are truly sorry but the parcel got missed routed", I then asked if it was coming from Cape Town to Durban via Truck or plane, was told "It is in a truck ,Since it was booked as economy ." Now, surely if a company messes up, they would do their best to fix the mess up, upgrade the damn package to Express, get it on a plane to Durban and get it delivered by the damn Manager of the branch, because that is what I would do if I messed up and that is what you should do if you promise to offer a good service but I only make them a small amount of money so they don't care about me. Bad service, and obviously don't care attitude. Very disappointed
