Package not Received

Send a package for a customer via PUDO, Durban last week. My client is still waiting for her package, their password doesn’t work, they promised to send the package to the customer on monday, today its Tuesday. Still my client hasn’t received her package. I wouldn’t recommend people using PUDO. Their system is bad, service is horrible.
