Package not Delivered. No Transparency or Accountability

We sent 3 boxes from JHB to Durban. Only 2 boxes arrived in Durban. We received a message that one box was canceled. When we called the company, they claimed that 3 boxes were dispatched from JHB. The Durban branch claims they only received 2. Where does that leave us? Will not use them again. Terrible service overall.
