Package NOT DELIVERED as stated on track record

Worst service ever! My package was supposedly delivered on Friday at 1pm, but I haven't received anything. Phoned customer service this morning, they said I should phone the Kimberley branch as they were the ones who delivered my package. I have now been trying all day to get a hold of them, but NO ANSWER!

They delivered package to my address before, without any trouble, why not this one and why is nobody answering the phone?
