package no where to be found

i have ordered numerous parcels that needed to be delivered to vredenburg when packaged arrived 3 of my items was damaged 3 in a row then my packages arrived afterwards splited not my full order this was on the 16/1/2026 up till today i still havent recieved my parcel i have been phoning the whole time to malmesbury sopke to the consultants where he has directed me to send my driver to come and collect when driver got there he said package is not there i want to know where is my package no no no no help from courier guy what so ever very very dissapointing
