Package marked fragile was damaged and delivery location changed without notification

I sent two packages locker-to-locker to the same recipient. One was marked as having fragile content and this one got damaged in transit. Was that intentional? No apologies, just an email stating they had to repackage the content and it seems OK and that I should read the Ts and Cs to understand liability restrictions. This also meant the damaged parcel arrived a day after the other parcel and the recipient had to make an additional trip.

If that wasn't enough, The Courier Guy changed the delivery location of the damaged package from locker to kiosk without notification or explanation, resulting in the recipient driving between lockers at night trying to find the package with a pin that didn't work.

I sent an email to support enquiring where the package was but only received acknowledgement of receipt of my mail after the recipient managed to track down the package at the kiosk the following morning. This email provided a reference number and stated that I should explain the problem but this was all included in the original support email sent.

No further feedback, apology or explanation. To add insult to injury, I tried to respond to the rating poll on the final email you receive after the package has been collected and it did not work, probably only works if you give it a high score. I would have considered giving another star if their own feedback rating system worked or if they at least respected customers enough to respond to their queries.
