Package late and damaged goods

A package was send- we waited 2 weeks for the package to arrive and eventually went to pick it up at another location due to the package never arriving- the reason for delay?- the delivery guy never entered the package into the box. When the we picked up the package the box was teared, the product damaged and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional (not to us, bit to the other clients within Courier Guy branch, literally screaming at them!) Oh and the one can never reach them via telephone, because the phones just rings and no one picks them up.... this we noticed standing in line for 20+ min when we collected the package... how frustrating for the clients on the other end? Personally we wont be using the courier guy again but will rather use different courier services as I packages and products will be delivered not only on time bit actually in a acceptable condition....
