Package is gone - nobody seems to know or care where it is

I've been following up since last week(04/01/2022). My package was supposed to be delivered on 04/01/2022 but to date nothing has happened and on Friday afternoon I was informed that The Courier Guy doesn't know where my package is? I paid a lot of money for this package and for The Courier Guy to just shrug and say "sorry we can't find it" does not cut it. I tried calling again this morning (10/01/2022) but the phone just keeps on ringing - no answer. This is absolutely unacceptable! There is now no info available on my package on your web tracking!?!?!? What is going to happen if you cannot find my package? It has been 7 days now and nobody can give me an answer?
