Package gone MIA

I alwaya felt off about PUDO... and now I know why... my package never arrived. I never got an sms or email with my code. The Courier Guy called me to askes if I have recieved my Package on Thursday.13 Okt (The sender send it on 7 Okt) I said no. They said they are investigating.Today it is Tuesday 18 Okt... still not a word, no text, no email or call... my package is gone. HOW?

So please tell me the money that I paid because it was a custom order for my wedding? And then also the money for the package? But my biggest thing is TRUST! How can I TRUST this company again to move a package for me again!
