Package delivered to wrong address

In December I ordered shoes.The lady send the package on the 15th of December.The delivery address was at our closest Postnet,because I knew we will not be at home during the festive season.So when we came back,I went to Postnet to find out if my parcel was delivered, just to find out they do not accept any packages for Courier Guy.The lady told the driver to take it back to the depot and keep it there until I can arrange something with them.Meanwhile he delivered it on 31 December (Somebody signed for delivery) So I phoned Johannesburg branch and talked to a manager.He said he will oragnise with the driver to go back to the address where the parcel was wrongly delivered, and recollect it and make sure it gets delivered to me.After many emails, a month later ,no respond or nothing from their side....and still no parcel.Very unhappy!!!!
