Package deliverd to wrong adress

29 Dec 2023 My package is delivered to an adress that was not on the waybill. The driver decided that he will deliver my package to unknown people . What is the reason that courier guy supply a pin code!!!??? Not even an surname of the receptionist.. Im furious and very dissapointed , my package is still not found !!! Courier guy will be responsible for this item I would have thought that a package must be send to the depot for safekeeping and not deliverd to unknown people !
