Paarl manager of no help!

My parcel went missing because 2 branches couldn't agree who had to deliver it and kept sending it to each other. The manager at the Paarl branch was less than zero help and even laughed at me for being upset about this. I called more times than I care to count and she was never available, her staff always take my number and I don't hear back from her. There was zero effort from her side and her "don't care" attitude is an insult. She offered me a refund but only after 2 months of me fighting for a response did I finally receive it. This has left such a sour taste in my mouth! I've had nothing but wonderful service from the Herm**** branch and even the staff at the Paarl branch tried to assist me but the manager honestly left me feeling disrespected and exhausted.
