OVN delivery still not at its desitination

I paid for OVN delivery - my envelope still hasn't reached the recipient. I have been trying to track it down, have been on hold at your Johannesburg Depot for forever waiting for operations to pick up their phone! I gave up on corresponding through your site as the person I was dealing with has disappeared - Lee Cloete. Last I heard from him/her was at noon. It's now 1 hour later and nothing!
