Overnight shipping nightmare

I'm disappointed with the service I received from the courier guy,I paid for overnight shipping and additional 50 rands for high risk area on Tuesday for my parcel to be delivered atleast by today (Thursday)mind you my parcel is from jhb to pta.to my surprise when I called them this morning they told me they can't deliver my package today because of my area,why let me pay for high risk area and additional overnight fee ,if you gonna fail to deliver .il so frustrated because my daughter is going to matric dance tomorrow and she needs that package.
