Overnight shipping is pathetic

Paid for overnight shipping as i needed a package urgently. Been 3 days now and still no delivered package, Their support sucks, they are quick to charge overnight delivery fees but then cant provide the service they are stating. I would rather drive and fetch the package myself then use them again.
