OVERNIGHT SERVICE TURNED INTO DAYS

This is my first order with The Courier Guy, but the experience is leaving a bitter taste in my mouth! My overnight delivery was scheduled for collection 25/09/2025, I tracked my package and it was not even collected. I called them 3 times today and each time I was promised a call back! Today, Friday 26/09 at 11:47am my package has still not been collected and not a single return call to advise the delay. My package has been ready for collection since yesterday, so what is the delay? Now I cannot commit to the promise I made for delivery of the item today and I am not sure when I am getting my package as The Courier Guy does not communicate and failed to deliver the service I am being charged for. Overnight is now extended to days, how bad is this service?
