OVERNIGHT SERVICE "****"

My OVERNIGHT parcel was collected on 21 August 2019 at 16:51 in PE. At 09:15 on 23 August 2019 it was not delivered yet. I inquired about the overnight service and they told me that it takes longer to deliver in outlying areas, so i asked why they charge an overnight fee when they cannot supply the service. They have some "small print" nonsense to tell me. The other couriers that i use do a better delivery using their economy service. Overnight service does not really exist. Really sad to see services deteriorate. Do not use TCG if you are in a hurry, they are not. More interested to make money than to give a quality service.
