Overnight payment, no package collected almost 1 month later.

I booked a document for overnight shipping from Pretoria to Capetown and paid extra only for Courier guy to say that there was no document for pick up. I needed it the next day. This was in December 2025, we are now in 2026 and still no word from Courier guy about my document. The whatsapp helpline does not help at all. This was an important document needed for my job and now I have to wait and I paid all that money for overnight shipping. Its sad because this is the only company I wouod normally use for all Courier services but this has just left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be able to trust you anymore.
