Overnight parcel stuck at destination hub 2 days already

1 star on the current delivery.

Normally bot having problems when I order parcels drom Cape Town on the economy option, shipping is free and it takes 3 days to deliver.

This time the parcel was urgent needed before the weekend and to make sure I opted for overnight delivery paying R200 extra.

Parcel was very fast to get to my hub. But its now been lying there 2 days. Not sent out for delivery according to the tracking.

Why?
