Overnight parcel delayed by 2 days because of difference in dimensions

A shipment was arranged for OVERNIGHT delivery from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth for me. As it was URGENT and I requested for OVERNIGHT delivery, I expect OVERNIGHT delivery.

Apparently there is a shortfall of R384 because the parcel is a bit bigger than was originally sent through.

I'm happy to pay the difference, because I need this parcel by 11:00 today. Now I hear that this will result in a 1 to 2 day delay as mentioned by Lizelle in the accounts department.

This is absolutely BULL ****!!!! I won't tolerate this unacceptable service as I already paid for OVERNIGHT.
