Overnight means 5 days later … at R250 for ball of wool to be delivered OVERNIGHT1

HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO REGRETS, PRAY THAT I WILL HAVE PACKAGE BY TODAY AS WE LEAVE AGAIN!!!! Why don’t you have a -5 star, one is too much for them. Paid R250 for a ball of wool to be delivered overnight. Centurion to Stilbay. Used them previously to send package to Riversdal - collected one day, delivered the next. Now, it is 3 days later, package not yet delivered, FORGOT to collect mine from George the previous day, will collect the day after the day I asked what is going on as it was two days later still in George. NO REGRETS, they inform me that Overnight means 2-3 days later, plus an added 1-2 days for admin. Thus overnight means 5 days later. I could have paid less than R100 for 5 days later. So I checked on FB, saw many horror stories, friend had similar so I believe it. Fragile package received with glass inside broken. No regrets, they have lost thousands due to this company. Luckily mine is wool. Will struggle to break taht as well. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRTE YOUR CHOICE!
