Overnight delivery means 4 days - poor call centre communication & lazy drivers

The Courier Guy collected my parcel on Friday. This was an overnight delivery, i.e. delivery was scheduled for Saturday. This was confirmed via WhatsApp on early Saturday morning stating "your shipment is on its way and will be delivered today". I made arrangements to be at home all day. Now package is scheduled for Tuesday. For The Courier Guy overnight delivery means 4 days.

In addition they have the audacity to tell me that they missed me, indicating that was not at home. Dear Courier Guy, kindly note that you did not miss me. Fact is that your driver never bothered to deliver this urgently expected package. There was also no communication from your side at any point.

I never have made use of the Courier Guy. And this experience is nothing to argue for making use of their service.

Nevertheless The Courier Guy suggested that they "would still assist with my concern". How exactly they intend to do is unclear as they did not further elaborate and went completely silent after my email.

My "concerns" were not "addressed". Save such bull**** email blabla.
