Overnight delivery

Twice now my business has come to a standstill because this company SAYS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY BUT ACTUALLY MEANS 1 TO 2 DAYS. I paid extra for overnight and that's what I expected but twice, I was ****** for a service I did not receive!!! I'm appalled with your service. Don't say OVERNIGHT but mean something else. Don't charge for OVERNIGHT but not deliver!!!
