Overnight courier becomes over weekend delivery

A parcel was picked up on Thursday 12 September and clearly booked and marked for overnight courieras I needed the goods for the weekend. However I only received the parcel on Monday 16 September at 11H05. I phoned the Durban branch and all they can do is to apologize that there was a delay. I was not informed that there was a problem and they were paid for overnight delivery.
